(collectively, “RGCOS,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with our websites, mobile applications, platforms, and services, including but not limited to rgcos.com, LazySusan.ai, SmileMaxx, LeafyLens, SketchBerry, SleepTide, and any successor or affiliated products (collectively, the “Services”).
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THE COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS POLICY, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you use the Services, including:

- Payment Information: Billing details processed through third-party payment processors (such as Apple App Store or Stripe). We do not directly store full payment card numbers;
- User Content: Any content, data, images, queries, or other materials you submit through the Services, including photographs submitted to SmileMaxx or LeafyLens, audio data processed by SleepTide, and prompts submitted to LazySusan.ai.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use the Services, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, browser type and version, and mobile network information;
- Usage Data: Pages or screens viewed, time spent on pages, navigation paths, clickstream data, feature usage, and interaction patterns;
- Log Data: IP address, access dates and times, referring/exit URLs, error logs, and system activity;
- Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized usage statistics collected through Vercel Analytics and similar services.
2.3 Information from Third-Party Sources
We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including identity verification services, public databases, social media platforms (when you choose to link your accounts), and our business partners. This information may be combined with other information we collect about you.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including processing your requests, delivering AI-generated outputs, and providing product functionality;
- Authentication and Security: To verify your identity, authenticate your account, send one-time passwords (OTP), verification codes, and other security-related communications via SMS, email, or push notification. These communications are strictly transactional and necessary for the security of your account;
- No Solicitation: We do not use your phone number, email address, or other contact information provided for authentication purposes to send unsolicited marketing, promotional, or advertising communications. We will never sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes;
- Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, provide technical support, and address complaints;
- Analytics and Improvement: To analyze usage trends, measure the effectiveness of our Services, and conduct research and development;
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests;
- Protection of Rights: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, abuse, and technical problems, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public.

4.1 Third-Party Service Providers and API Integrations
Certain Services integrate with and transmit data to third-party services and API providers in order to deliver core functionality. These include, without limitation:
- AI Model Providers: When you use LazySusan.ai, your prompts and associated data may be transmitted to third-party AI model providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others) for processing. Each provider’s use of such data is governed by their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements;
- Cloud Infrastructure: We use Vercel and other cloud infrastructure providers for hosting, content delivery, and analytics;
- App Distribution Platforms: Our mobile applications are distributed through Apple App Store. Your interactions with these platforms are subject to their respective privacy policies;
- Payment Processors: We use third-party payment processors to handle financial transactions. We do not directly store or process payment card information.
We require all third-party service providers to process personal information in accordance with applicable law. However, once data is transmitted to a third-party provider, that provider’s terms and privacy policies govern their handling of such data. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third parties.
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; (b) protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public; (c) enforce our Terms of Service; or (d) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.
4.3 Business Transfers

9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or any other country in which the Company or its service providers maintain facilities. If you are located outside the United States, you acknowledge that your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you consent to any such transfer. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect personal information transferred across borders.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13).
